    If you check the timestamps of the video, the first rep starts at 0:52 (bar starts to lower) and the 200th rep is finished at 12:51, which means it took 11 minutes and 59 seconds to perform 200 reps.

    The butt should never bounce off the bench table during any bench press. That means you using back support into your lifts.

    This is super impressive but I second that under the guidelines, practically no reps will be counted. "Both the shoulders and the glutes must be in contact with the bench pad at all times. If either comes off of the pad during a repetition, that single repetition will not be counted, but the athlete may continue with additional reps once they have reset their body position as long as the bar is not re-racked or touched by the assistant." There are brief moments of contact but even for Crossfit-slanted competition, that will not be acceptable... I think you can do it again and resubmit, even with a few less reps will still be number 1 as nobody else is even close so far...

      Yes, I stop competing 2017. Now training mostly cardio and weighs 140kg
